Responsibilities

  • Operate robotic systems to perform designated behaviors (e.g., grasping, placing, assembly, etc.).
  • Conduct teleoperation sessions and collect data under defined SOPs.
  • Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient execution during robot operations.
  • Troubleshoot and debug errors in complex scenarios during testing or deployments.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to continuously optimize data collection workflows.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and ability to quickly comprehend and execute instructions.
  • Learn new physical tasks quickly and find the optimal way to perform them.
  • Fundamental understanding of technical concepts and the ability to comprehend technical documentation.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in robotics, engineering, or related fields, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Previous experience as a software test engineer or in related roles.
  • Familiarity with test management and requirement planning tools.
