Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line technical contact for clients, assisting with application issues, implementing product solutions, and providing technical support.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, testing and adjust product implementations, and offer recommendations based on specific application needs.
  • Facilitate effective technical communication and coordination between internal teams and customers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Install and maintain on-site equipment; perform troubleshooting, and performance testing to ensure stable system operation.
  • Support product demos and performance evaluations, and offer customized solutions based on client requirements.
  • Conduct training sessions, user operation guidance, and feature explanations to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Develop custom applications based on project needs to improve product integration and usability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechanical engineering, or other STEM-related fields.
  • Experience in operating, developing, or maintaining automation equipment.
  • Familiarity with image processing or robotic system integration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems on-site with minimal supervision.
  • Enthusiastic about automation and smart machinery, with a strong drive for continuous learning and self-improvement.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience in fast-pace startups or the food service industry.
  • Hands-on skills in mechatronics or automation system integration.
  • Experience with PLC programming and application.
  • Practical experience with industrial robotic arms (e.g., UR, Fanuc).
  • Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
  • Proven track record in deploying, diagnosing, and developing automated machinery.
